Hi,

 

I've just bought a Voyager Focus UC headset (PN 202652-104) and I can't pair it with the BT600. I've tried it both on another computer and on Playstation with no success.

 

I've tried a few troubleshooters:

- reinstalled the sound drivers

- switching the headset to pairing mode and then clicking on the small button on the BT600 (the lights started blinking blue and red but no success)

- I closed the MS Teams and tried the same steps

- I installed the Plantronics HUB but when I try to update the firmware I got a Windows message saying the USB device is not recognized

 

I'm running Windows 10 x64 20H2 version.

 

What else can I do?

Hello @MiguelB 

 

usually using https://www.poly.com/support/contact gets you to your local support team.

 

Alternatively, there should be a way to use Email as well.
