Polycom CX5500 - connecting via USB to two devices

Hi all,

looking for a bit of advice. We have a number of CX5500 that are used for Skype, with each connected to a PC. The rooms they are used in are also used by laptop users. We have the CX5500 connected to the PC using USB cable from the Polycom base unit to the PC. Is it then possible to have the USB3 cable connected from the camera station into a laptop? There would only ever be one Skype call happening using the CX5500 (either from Desktop PC or Laptop).

thanks in advance

Ben
