We have a couple of video conference systems - HDX 8000 with Sound Structure - that periodically will go into a "mute" state in Sound Structure, but it does not show muted in the room via video monitor nor in Web Director. The only way we know is when we get the incident report or call that the far end(s) cannot hear that particular room. Has anyone experienced this issue, and if so identified the cause and solution?
Hello, We are expereincing the same here, do you have ceiling Mics or table Mics ? are they close to the speakers ? Does the problem occur during Video and Audio calls, or just Audio ? Would you please let me know, once you know the fix - Thx
