Hello.

After upgrade to version 6.2.5, CMA4000 doesn't work in LAN/Subscriber-side gatekeeper mode.

First we installed and test CMA 4000 in v6.0.0. (We got the System Recovery Disk.)

CMA4000 worked well in LAN/Subscriber-side gatekeeper mode.

But after upgrade to v6.2.5, CMA4000 can't work in LAN/Subscriber-side gatekeeper mode.

What should we check or Do we have any config to add?

Thanks a lot.

Hello

Did you create a Site-link between your site and default Internet/VPN site?

Did you check the Gatekeeper message log? What messages do you see?

Hi

What do you mean " CMA4000 can't work in LAN/Subscriber-side gatekeeper mode"?

Do you use the CMA and VBP-E together?

What the VBP version do you have?

Did you add an IP address of the VBP to the CMA's Sites - Routing\Bandwidth page?

What exactly isn't working?

Can you make a calls from LAN to the internet?

Can you recive calls from the internet?

Thank you for your relply, Bazzuck.

Yes, we are going to use the CMA and VBP-E togather in LAN/Subscriber-side gatekeeper mode.

We were already testing the previous version of CMA, v5.0.0 and v.6.0.0.

LAN/Subscriber-side gatekeeper mode was working good at both versions.

And we made upgrade CMA v.6.2.0 and it worked well also.

But in the version 6.2.5, it couldn't work.

The problem is that we can't make off-net calls in version 6.2.5.

 - from LAN to Internet (x)

 - from internet to LAN (x)

Do you have any suggest?

Hello

Thank you for your advise. It works well now.

As you mentioned, we created a Site-link between our site and default Internet/VPN site.

I'm still not understanding that how the CMA4000 could work LAN/Subscriber-side gatekeeper mod without creating a Site-link in version 6.0.0 (in v. 5.0.0, and v.6.2.0 too.)

Anyway, Thank you so much for your help.

I think, in previous software versions the site-link to the Internet\VPN was created on a default.
