Alarm on CMA 5000

I am using CMA 5000 (ver 6.2.0) to manage endpoints and I am getting an alarm "The database connection is down". Can someone advice on what should I do?

Re: Alarm on CMA 5000

Hello polycom_usr,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Software Version utilized by your organisation is no longer supported as it has been superseded by various later versions.

Is this a CMA with an external SQL database or the standard internal one?

I urge you to contact your Polycom reseller or Polycom support directly as you should really upgrade the setup and in addition we need to see the logs in order to help you troubleshoot this issue.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
