The Software Version utilized by your organisation is no longer supported as it has been superseded by various later versions.
Is this a CMA with an external SQL database or the standard internal one?
I urge you to contact your Polycom reseller or Polycom support directly as you should really upgrade the setup and in addition we need to see the logs in order to help you troubleshoot this issue.
