Alias Dial in vis public ip

Hi All,

 

 

we have a 3 nos vbp e 5300 and 1 nos vbp st box,whenever some external party try to get direct dial to the particular enpoint via public ip

dial string xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxx##alias of endpoint,they get a error of call has ended,when i was cheaked the vbp logs it says call not gets hits on the vbp.this issue for particlar user as well as for rmx.

 

RMX software version-7.6.1

VBP software version-11.2.13
