Audio problem with CMA Desktop & VSX 5000

Both I and the far site experienced a low rate of audio noise with during a

call from CMA Desktop 5.2.2  (Win7 x64) to a VSX 5000.  It was almost

not audio, but there was some occasional audio noise.  This also happened

when I called from CMA Desktop 5.2.0 (Mac) to the same endpoint.

I had no problem when calling the same VSX 5000 from a T1000 classic,

nor when I called from CMA Desktop to a HDX 6000.

 

My CMA4000 is running 6.0.0.ER33

 

Is this a known problem?
