Hello All,
In my Polycom CMA 4000 there is a system alert and says:
The Bridge RMX2000Name is down!
What could be the problem can you please tell me and also when I am connect any HDX to my RMX2000 then on the Status of my RMX says that Connected with problem and i can't see or hear the sound and video.

I have already replied to your RMX post => here <=
As a follow up it would be useful to provide the current Software Version of the CMA and some Information if this CMA and RMX combination has been installed by a trained person and worked originally or if this is a new issue that just appeared.
