CALLS FAILED (SIP and H323) when used the RPAD PUBLIC IP ADRESSE

when using my public IP address configured on the RPAD, some calls do not pass (the remote site did not respond) my infrasture is composed of a DMA,RPRM,i saw  the call in the RMX,

Make sure the site you want to connect exist over internet.

 

Have you tried to connect any other external EP?

 

Have tried dial in and dial out both?
