I have no Idea what has happened. This morning when I logged onto my CMA Server I noticed most of my CMA Desktop users are not receiving or providing presence.
I then tried to log into CMA Desktop and I get stuck on the "Initializing call stack" Phase.
I have no Idea what could have or is causing this problem.
My CMA Server is running software version 6.2.1.ER8.

What's going on?
It would seem to be a Known Issue with Polycom.
The Polycom Engineers are working on a Solution.
However, the only Workaround or Fix I can give you are the following:
1) Change the Date on the CMA User PC to pre 06/052013 -- NOT A FIRST CHOICE OPTION
2) Install CMA Desktop Version 5.1.0. Found Here ----->http://downloads.polycom.com/net_endpt_mgmt/cmad/CMADesktop_5_1_0_0060.tar.gz

Yes i have found that both 5.1 and RPD works... but i can't ask to my customers to replace hundreds of clients....
I hope in an hotfix within today.
