CISCO C-series Ex90 Camera LID closed no video negociated

We noticed when we connect the EX90 with camera LID ON (camera sensor closed) with software version 7.1 and over

the video won't be negociated as the mcu won't detect video stream. Once connected even if you open the LID there will be no re-negociation.

 

Has anyone experienced that issue with RMX bridges ?

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

On what video protocal both EP are negosiating with?

 

Have you tried to connect RMX on H.261 Video Protocal?
