You download and save the log file you want to delete.  Then on the Backup and Delete screen you click the Download Verification Utility, run it and Browse to the log file you saved and the Verification Value is generated for that downloaded file.  You copy that verification value and put it in the Backup and Delete verification code box and click Verify and Delete.

1- Once the zip file pops up please save it to your desktop.

 

2- From the Backup and Delete window select Download Verification Utility, and it save to your desktop.

Open the Verification Utility (FileVerifier.jar), and browse for the zip file you saved to your desktop.

 

3- Select Compute once the appropriate file has been selected.

 

4- Now select Copy, and the Verification Value will be copied to your clipboard.

5- Paste the Verification code into the Backup and Delete window.

i also try to delete audit logs from cma 4000 but i do not understand how to execute verification utility to get verification code.

 

kindly help me to resolve this issue.
