Hello Tony Vu,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You must contact your Polycom reseller in order to receive the correct DVD recovery media matching your CMA version.

Hello Tony Vu,

the link was given to you by our support department and is not intended for everybody in the public as far as I am aware.

If you purchase a Polycom Product like a DMA, CMA or others the installation Medium should be included.

In csae these are lost please contact Polycom supporty and they either ship you a physical medium or provide you with a download link.

I have the same problem, no one in company can find or remember password.
From polycom community find that I has two solutions:

1. I have to find Recovery DVD, or order from Polycom, or
2. contact the Polycom support for online restore password.(if you dont have warranty, then you don't have support, but have Polycom pay-per-incident)

If I choose first solution, what will happen with licences on CMA 4000?
Where are stored licences?

From what I read on polycom sites and community, someone in the my company had to register and download licences from polycom web? Is that correct?
Where can I find information about our installation of polycom?

My equipment:

RMX2000
CMA4000
