The CMA you are using is running the original GA release v5.5.0 ER019.
Since then various software updates have been released.
I suggest you check against the latest 5.5.0 Patch 5 release notes and consider upgrading your Infrastructure to a supportable version and if the issue still occurs work with your Polycom reseller.

CMA license count is incorrect because inactive CMAD licenses are not returned to CMA’s pool of available licenses as they should be.
