Dear All

 

 Actually i am starting CMA 5000 server with the recovery CD it shows PCI error and not booting what should i do ,can i use usb stick to boot CMA ... Please tell me the procedure for that

Hello Amit kak,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The CMA can only be re-build using a recovery CD/DVD media and does not support USB recovery to my knowledge.

 

I am not aware of the error you stating but if you require immediate attention / support you need to contact your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
