Not my kit but a customer has asked, so do the collective have any wisdom on the following?

CMA-D 5.2 registered to CMA Svr 6.0.1 with MS SBS Active Directory.

It is required & set up such that users E.164 number is acquired from the mobile phone number entry in AD

however, if the users has not logged in for a few days this info is lost and a new random E.164 is allocated by CMA Svr.

Admin>Server Settings>Licenses Expiry is set to "0" = never release licenses.

OK Cancel that.  I think we've determined that this is more a duff AD mobile phone field than a CMA Svr issue.
