Hi,

 

We have installed CMA 4000 server with release 6.2 and VBP E & VBP ST.

 

Internal CMA Desktop client to CMA Desktop client and Endpoints (HDX) working fine.

 

Incoming call throgh VBP SE to HDX working fine.

Incoming call through VBP SE to CMA Desktop client call is established, however audio/video not working.

 

External CMA Desktop client registered(Through VBP ST) with CMA server. However External CMA client to internal CMA desktop client audio/video not working.

 

Please advise.

Is this issue experienced by any particular CMAD acc or with all?

Please post current version of vbp st box.
