Hello;

We have a Polycom CMA 5000 and RMX 2000; both of them are connected to each other. The problem is that when I want login to CMA 5000, I receive such an error. (

(A fatal error has occurred. Please restart the application or contact your system administrator. Number of login attempts exceeded) although)

My user name & password is correct. if someone has any solution please share me or send me e-mail through this (<removed Email as answers should be provided via the community>)

Hello Zahir,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The error message is pretty clear and the question to ask is if you have already restarted the CMA as advised by the error message?

 

I would suggest you contact your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.

 

I have removed the email address as any replies should be made within the community and not via email.
