Hi,

We are experiencing a problem trying to setup the outlook plug-in for scheduling. Users can logon to the CMA web interface using their AD accounts, however they all get the same error message "A licensing error occurred while connecting to the CMA meeting" when using the outlook plug-in.

So does this plug-in need a separate license installed on CMA or should it be part of our license currently installed (components = BASE_LICENSE)?

Regards

Well - is/no.

At one point, yes, there used to be a separate license for the Outlook plugin in addtion to the number fo seats (base). However, they changed it later on to be free. The license that you purchased would have given you the base license plus the Outlook/Lotus Notes plugin as well.

I would recommend calling into Support if the CMA is still covered under contract and see if they can issue you a new license.

You may want to look at the upgrade licenses as well to see if it is part of a new license.

Let me make more precise: according to published price lists Outlook/Lotus plugin is now free for CMA 5000. For CMA 4000 it still is a paid option.
