I have defined sites, site-links and a network cloud on my CMA4k. When I review individual CDRs I can see jitter and drop counters greater than zero yet site and site-link statistics report show nothing. Where do I need to start troubleshooting this? We're using the local database with reporting internal to the CMA on 6.0.3.ER9.

Charlie,

Site Link Statistics (as well as Site Statistics) shows data only for "currently active calls" (from the on-line help). So: No calls - nothing to show.

If I review quality details of HDX units in calls at present then go to the reports I don't see anything. Here's the strange thing though. If I run an End Point Usage Report my call times seem to indicate I have a timezone problem. I have checked the units and the CMA, both have the correct time and are using a time sync source that is functioning. Could this be my problem?
