HI We are installing Polycom CMA 4000. When we try to create a CMA desktop user profile on CMA server it’s not getting created on the server and the system is generating an error message. Herewith attached the Error screenshot for your kind reference Request you to kindly assist us on this

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Did you recently upgrade this system from 5.x to 6.0?

 

I found some internal reference to your @0@ error and would recommend that you contact Polycom Support via your Polycom Reseller.

we are not upgrade the sysem.As per CMA cofiguration screen it shipped on 5.1.0 version.May be our polycom distributor is upgraded the system.Plz find below the CMA configuration.
