CMA active call not clearing,

CMA active call not clearing,

So I have a CMA and RMX behind a VPB -E and ST,

 

After ending a conference the CMA does not clear the active calls. The conference is not there anymore... I have to restart the CMA to clear it...

 

Anybody has idea?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version of all the components involved as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Hi Steffen, thanks for te info,

 

CMA ver is 6.2.5 ER10 and VBPs are 11.2.18. RMX is 7.8.0.246,

I have seen the similar issue on CMA 6.2.5, please contact to Polycom Support team and they will provide a hotfix.

Hmm... thay don't provide that info if you dont have a valid contract...
