CMA and RPRM

Hello 

Can you explain me, please, difference between Polycom CMA and Polycom Real Presence Resource Manager ?

I have read a lot of stuff, but can't find answer on this question.

Hello Maratuk,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A quick overview:

 

  • CMA
    H.323 only
    Gatekeeper
    Provisioning of End Points

  • RPRM
    No Gatekeeper (requires DMA)
    Provision of End Points
    No Call Platform (requires DMA)

I suggest you contact a Polycom reseller as they can go into details.
