Hi All,

 

one of my team member lost the password and he made all the attempts to get log in into it,now whille putting a password we are occuring a error msg"lo in locked".

 

can anyone help me to resolve the same.

Hi YashPal...

Your team member has reached the Failed login threshold.  You should be able to unlock this user account with another admin account, if there´s one.

Under "user" / "users" choose the account, click "edit" an check the box "unlock user".
