Hello,

I have a Polycom CMA with a search rules going to a VCS Expressway and I am making the Expressway a Cluster so there will be 2 IP’s for this neighbor

Is there a way to add a 2nd IP address to a CMA search rule or a way to create a way to point to both IPs for a redundant setup?

They balance load and have licences each so need to be pointing to both at same time with search rule from Polycom

Do not think of them as 2 different networks. So if 1234@company.com is on the VCS and I want to call it from the polycom devices I will dial that and the CMA will direct it to the VCS.

But it needs to direct to both VCS as if one fails then calls need to still work.

Thanks in advance!

This probably doesn't help, but we could do this on the DMA through the dial rule scripting.
