when I start cma desktop, I cannot logon, I got two errors, the first one is : " unable to register gatekeeper ", and the second one is: " unable to connect to ldap server ".

Do anybody have a solution for that situation ?

just make sure that the alias aliened to the deskyip user which you are trying to log is not registered with other destop user and cheack in CMA 4000 your CMA is registered with ldap or the user trying to log with ldap having a access rights
