We want to restrict access to who can login to CMAD. We created a group a Universal group in AD called 'Polycom' and added all the users that we want to have access. In the Directory setup we added the following exclusion filter:
(!(memberof=CN=Polycom,OU=Groups,OU=XXXXX,OU=Accounts,DC=XXXXX,DC=corp))
I have used X's to blank out my company for confidential reasons.
The exclusion filter has made no difference, anyone with an AD account can login to CMAD.
Does anyone have an answer to this issue?

Hello
What CMA software do you use?
try to uncheck "Ignore Disabled Enterprise Directory Users" field. I've faced an issue, when this field disables the exclusion filter.
