I just upgraded my CMA4000 6.0.1 version to 6.2.0 but now the device is frozen at that point:

Consequently, I cannot use Web Interface.

 

 

I am trying to connect via console to reset factory default, however console do not answer.

I do not even have  DVD which comes with the system.

 

Any suggestion are very welcome.
