Hi,

 

We are unable to access a customer's CMAs via the Web Browser due to having to install an Active-X control.

The PCs we use for this are supplied by the customer and are locked down in a number of ways.

One of these is the Internet Explorer settings.

 

The customer has told us that if they could get the Active-X install package then the could roll it out to our specific PCs.

 

Is there anywhere that we can download the Active-X control required for this?
