Recently added two new Group 500 Series to our inventory and now they always show "In Call" under the status in CMA 4000 Endpoint view. I have tried restarting the endpoints with no result. Is there a fix for live status? If I open Unit Details it shows all calls that have ever been placed as if the system thinks it is still diconnected. I don't know if this is a CMA issue or an endpoint issue.

 

CMA version: 6.2.5

Hardware: Rev B

 

GS500 ver: 4.1.3.2

As we can see in CMA Release Notes RP Group Series isn't listed in Tested Products with ver. 6.2.5. Migrating CMA 4000 to RP Video Dual Manager is a right way for solving the issue.
