CMA4000 and RealPresence Desktop Windows

Hi,

 

I have CMA4000 and I want used RealPresence Desktop Windows (v2.3) instead of CMADesktop.

I dont want to buy RealPresence Desktop Windows because already bought a license for CMA4000.
But when a user logs in CMA4000 with RealPresence Desktop Windows, I can see
in "Endpoint - Monitor View" TWO еndpoints with same ip add, same alias and name.

(for example alexHDX and alexHDX, but one alexHDX unregistred )
So, in the CMA4000 occupied two licenses for one user registration !

 

Why ? :-(

Рroblem is solved. Open POLYCOM REALPRESENCE DESKTOP FOR WINDOWS FAQS and see " ..end user that has one CMA Desktop and one RealPresence Mobile instance will use two licenses on the CMA/RealPresence Resource Manager server.. "
