I followed the instructions for integrating the CMA with AD and it appears to have worked as the RealPresence Desktops can perform a search and the AD users will appear.  However, when I log into the CMA5000 and select Users, I only see local users.  I tried logging in with the Service Account I used when setting the integration up but I get an error message indicating that the UID/Password are incorrect.

 

I checked and triple checked the passwords and userids and the UPDATE buttons appeared to have worked successfully.

 

What am I missing?  Thank you.
