CMAD can not register with provisioning server when set to automatic

Hello,

We have just setup a Primary and alternate CMA 4000 configuration for a client.

We are however having issues with the CMAD clients registering with the CMA 4000 servers when they are set to use automatic provisioning.

Both CMA 4000 devices have been integrated with Active Directory.

Can anybody please help to resolve this issue.

I have tried that now but it did not work.

Is there any other step I can try?
