After Upgraing our CMA from 5.3 to 5.5, we are no longer able to log onto CMAD from the Mac client.  We get an error "Unable to download user informaiton".

I have tried to download the new CMAD for Mac (5.2), but all the dowloads appear to be linked to WIndows files.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

From the mentioned release notes:

Polycom CMA Desktop version 5.1 could not register with a Polycom CMA system running version 5.4. This issue has been fixed on Polycom CMA Desktop version 5.2.

Have you tried using the latest MAC CMAD version (v5.2). you can download it here:

Hi

I seem to remember this as a known bug, mentioned in the release notes - when you upgrade CMA server ,CMA-d for MAC fails to login. There was a CMA-D (MAC) hotfix released which your Polycom support rep should be able to get for you.

CMA 5.2 is for both OS so there is not longer a MAC version I don't think.
