Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to ask or seek information, but one of our customers has an Polycom video-conference phone and they want to have a video meeting with us. However, we do not have Polycom machine in our office. Is it possible to use PC to somehow connect/call that phone ? Maybe some 3rd party software or can I call with Skype or something similar ? Or is there a cheap solution for that ?

Polycom equipment has one unique property : the calls by ip addresses. If your client can get through, then the solution will cheap.

About Skype want to know your client, perhaps this possibility is open to them
