Hi!

I can't provision another settings to each HDX in my infrastructure, using CMA4000 (software v5.5)

I'm create profile for HDX7000 system (Admin  >  Provisioning Profiles  >  Scheduled Provisioning Profiles)

On to Endpoint  >  Scheduled Provisioning i can't see any device (i have 5 HDX codecs in my infrastructure) to provision my created profile. Whats wrong?

There are a number of issues that could be causing this behavior. Off the top of my head, I would think that the most likely one is a version mismatch between the CMA and the HDXs. They should be 3.0.2 if your CMA is on 5.5. Also, check the endpoint monitor view and verify that they are GK registered with no credential errors.

Hello,

 

You mentioned that you have 5 HDX CODECS in your infrastructure. Are these 5 CODECS being automatically provisioned by CMA? “Dynamic mode” If they’re, you will not be able to push a scheduled provisioning profile to them.
