Hello everyone,

In my company, we have an infrastructure with RMX and DMA.

Each users on DMA have their own chairperson passcode. They can change it through an web interface (I developped that using the realpresence API).  And we thought that it can be changed using *77 when the user is in the conference.

When i use this procedure, i'm asked to enter the chairperson passcode twice (second time to confirm it), and after that, I hear a message saying that the new chairperson passcode "has been sucessfuly changed" , but when I leave the conference room, and i try the open my meeting room, the new chairperson passcode doesn't work.

I have to enter the old one.

When I checked on the DMA, I still see the old chairperson passcode.

Do you know why the change is not taken by the DMA ?

Thanks in advance
