We recently changed the IP address of our RMX and therefore all the bridge rooms got a new IP. We ran into 3 problems:
- The list of recent calls in our HDX's and Polycom Desktop Clients all still point to the old IP. is there any way to remove these? Preferably via the CMA so we only have to do it once?
- The global address list changes did not propogate to our HDX devices. We had to manually visit each one to get them to take the update. What is the procedure to force this propogation?
- Contacts for meeting rooms needed to be deleted and then searched for and re-added to the contact list in the Desktop Client in order for the IP address to be proper for the contact.
Any advice is appreciated. We can't be the first people to change the IP of their RMX bridge.
