Hi Dominic

I think you can use dialing format like that:

2100@10.10.52.11

Do you have any gatekeeper?

Re: DIALING FORMAT FOR TANDBERG VS SYSTEMS TO POLYCOM RSS4000

yes... It seems the RSS doesn't understand a dialing format with @, but Tandverg endpoint can't use ## in the dialing string.

In that case, you have two ways:

1) Use "Dial out to record" feature in the RSS's web-interface.
2) Deploy in your network H323 gatekeeper (Polycom DMA, Cisco VCS, etc) and use only number in dial string

Re: DIALING FORMAT FOR TANDBERG VS SYSTEMS TO POLYCOM RSS4000

Hi ,

Thanks , for ur advise , you are correct , tandberg does not understand ## , it will onli understand on @ ,

i will go try for method 1 , to send a dial up from the rss 4000 to tandberg .

for method 2 , i am not able to test it , as my current deployment does not have gatekeeper and dma .

thanks
