i need a root password for DMA 7000 . bcoz  i m not able to login through admin..  so i want to reset the admin password... please help me its very urgent...

I moved your post away from the unrelated post you had replied to.

 

If you require urgent support you will need to report this to Polycom support via your Polycom reseller.

 

The purpose of these forums is to allow community members collaborate and help each other. Questions posted here do not follow Polycom’s SLA guidelines. If you require assistance from Polycom technical support, please open a web service request or call us.

 

You could try the community search with the word password as shown => here <= but I am quite sure that we do not publicly advise these passwords.
