We have an HDX4000 (2.0.3) registered SIP to our DMA7000 (6.0.2) making calls to a SIP registered conference from a Cisco Telepresence Server 7010 (3.1(1.95)).  The problem is when connecting the separate content channel isn't opened and when the HDX sends content it is in the main video channel, e.g. People OR Content.  Anyone have any ideas why?  In the TP7010 logs, when the HDX connects it shows: Extended video removed from capability set: Not bfcp advertising extended caps.  Does the DMA support BFCP for a separate content channel?

update:

I registered the HDX and TP7010 to our VCS (7.2.2) and the same thing occurred.  Maybe it is the HDX (2.0.3) that isn't supporting SIP BFCP.

Hi JoeV

HDX (2.0.3) too old and doesn't support BFCP, try to install at least 2.5 HDX version or the latest release or use H.323.
according to >Cisco TelePresence Server 3.1(1.95) Release Notes<, Cisco tested the TelePresence Server with HDX 3.1.0.
