We have a DMA 7000 and all of our HDX units register to it without any issues.  We also have Tandbergs in our enviornment, but they show up as inactive when trying to register to the DMA.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello

What software version are you using? DMA, Tandberg units

What models of Tandberg EP do you have?

Do you use SIP or H.323?

check DMA registration log: Reports > Registration History

The DMA is version 5.2.2_P5_Build_8  and our Tandbergs are a mixture of F9.0.2 and F9.3.1 NTSC/PAL.  All of our Tandbergs are various versions of MXPs.  We are using H.323.

None of the Tandbergs show up in the registration log.

Are you using the registration policy? Admin > Call Server > Registration Policy

Did you check the list of Blocked endpoints? Network > Endpoints choose Registration status: Blocked

Are the H323 Configuration settings on Tandberg EPs correct?

It might be a network issue.
try to open the network capture file (.tcpdump) in DMA's log and find any H323 messages between DMA and Tandberg EPs.

Regards
