Hi,

My customer has GS500s registered with SIP and H.323.
With point2point calls SIP to H.323 the calls get only a bandwidth of about 128kbps with Resolution 640x368.
P2P calls SIP to SIP get the requested bandwidth of 4096 kbps with 1080p
Does anybody know the reason for this and how to overcome this problem?

I know, Poly recommends to avoid SIP-H.323 GW calls but the customer still needs both H.323 and SIP and is used to dial the short H.323 numbers instead of the long SIP numbers, Call preference SIP before H.323 can also not be changed.

Thanks

Michael
