Hi folks, scenario is as follows: Audiocodes gateway routing via SIP to DMA VEQ - 9800 for Audio Only Call VEQ accepts calls and IVR prompt is heard for DTMF for conference ID. Conference ID entered and VMR created on RMX. VEQ then disconnects but VMR shows call connecting and then disconnects. In Call Events on DMA the following event is noted: application caught..... Conference Exception: channel failed to joinMix: RMX TIMEOUT waiting for IB DONE (SIP ACK) Call then disconnects. Any ideas or suggestions would be most welcomed? Many thanks
The only thing that comes to mind is to make sure the VEQ/EQ which is assigned to the conference profile matches the VMR conference that you are trying to use. There may be some system flags relating to SIP that might help, but this is a shot in the dark without more emphirical data like logs...
