We have some issue with DMA VMR and Cisco Jabber, whenever we tried to join DMA VMR from Cisco jabber the video get dissapper once the call get conneceted and the interesting part is this is happing with the latest version(7.8) of RMX.please find description below of RMX and CUCM.all are fine with the software version 7.7
As diiscussed with polycom guys and they are saying that this is unknown issue so far from their side.
Any suugession on this issue
do I understand you correctly that the issue is not present when using RMX 7.7 but is present with RMX 7.8?
Have you raised this with our support and supplied the relevant logs and if yes what is the Polycom ticket number ?
What Endpoints are dialing in and what is the exact call scenario?
Do other Endpoints have Video first and when the Jabber client joins the Video fails ?
Please provide more detailed information and ensure you work with our support team as advised on multiple other occasions.
