I have a DMA running 6.1 and have VMRs built for our Immersive end-points. We also have the the ability for outside people to dial in audio-only, so would like to set a PIN for these VMRs (or at the least an entry tone). When I modify the VMR and put either a password on the "General Info" tab (for the user) or on the Chairperson or Conference password on the "Conference Passcodes" tab and then dial-in, I do not get prompted for a PIN.

Likewise, If I "Manage Conf Rooms", check the "Conference Passcode" box and enter a PIN, I still do not get prompted.

I'm new to Polycom so very well may be missing something simple.

Thanks!

Mike.

Make sure the Conference IVR in the RMX for that profile/template is set to request the password.   By default, IVR is not configured to request the password.

Just a couple check boxes in there...

Good luck,
