Weare facing an issue with our client where Domain users are not able to login to their RPDs.

The RPRM is ver 9.0.1,DMA 7000 is ver 6.4.1

The client AD is SMB VER 3.SMB ver 1 is disabled.

local users can login to RPD using user name and password provided.

We are getting ther error as shown in the picture attached. The attached error is shown on the DMA.

The client has resetted the pwd successfully for the computer account for SSO.But same password is not accepted for the RPRM.

Can this problem be due to the AD being upgraded to SMB ver 3?Because earlier everything was working all right.

Hi Any reply on the above query?

Hi,

The version you listed only supports SMB v1. RPRM version 10.3 added support for selecting additional SMB versions. Here are the 10.3 release notes:

Simon, I couldn't agree more. My org disabled SMB 1 on the DCs and I was lucky I upgraded RPRM the week before so I could use SMB V2
