Dear Team,

 

I have Polycom CMA 4000 with ver 6.0. I usually encounter the problem of DIRECTORY STATUS UNKNOWN error for some CMA Desktop clients. All clients are integrated to the Active Directory. The effected clients are unable to search in the directory. Please help.
