Hi Guys, 

 

do you know if it is possible to emulate the CMA server using VMWare so that I am able to plan and test out some changes I want to make wihtout performning them on a live enviroment. 

 

I haev the CMA restore DVD but when you run it on VMWare it starts to boot but then fails with a BSOD. I assume this is because the image is tuned for the Dell hardware that it sits upon. If there is any way to emulate this it woudl be much appreciated. 

 

If this goes against the licence please take my appologies and lock this topic, and I will source another route to complete my testing.

I didnt think it would be, and I didnt extect it would be anywhere near stabe or supported in this configuration I just wanted to use it for testing. 

 

I appreciate the responce and will try anoyther more appropriate avenue.
