Dear all,
During videocalls and videoconferences endpoints periodically loose registration to DMA and as a result call is terminated.
In registration history I see registration details:
Start time: 2013-12-30 11:07:00 GMT+3
End time: 2013-12-30 11:12:30 GMT+3
Registration Status: Timed Out
Termination Reason: Registration expired.
Anybody has the same problem?

the latest sw version for the dma is 6.0.3. For the hdx systems it´s 3.1.2. Consider upgrading to this releases.
Regarding your problem:
Have you tried to lower the registration refresh interval on the DMA "/ Admin / Call Server / Call Server settings" ?
Is the registration expiration reproducible and does this happen on all endpoints ?

Endpoints: HDX 6000(Release 3.0.5), 7000(Release 3.1.1.3), 9000(Release 3.0.3.1); and RPDs (RPD-release_3.0.0.38914)

The described problem happened on all endpoints.
After upgrading DMA to the latest version - 6.0.3 there is no more problem with endpoint registrations.
